Terms of service

These terms apply when you use any app, website or service from Agent4 Labs ("we," "us"). By using our products, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use our products.

Using our products

• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live if you're making a purchase.
• Keep your account login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• Don't misuse our products. That includes breaking the law, interfering with how they work, trying to get around security, or using them to harm others.

Subscriptions and billing

• Prices are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. You'll keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.
• If we change a subscription price, we'll tell you in advance, and the new price will apply at your next renewal. You can cancel before then if you don't want to continue.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
• Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those stores' terms.

Your content

Anything you create or upload in our products stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the product for you.

Our content

Our apps, websites, designs and branding belong to Agent4 Labs. You may use our products for their intended purpose, but you may not copy, resell or reverse engineer them.

Changes and availability

We're always improving our products, so features may change. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these terms. If we ever shut down a paid product, we'll give reasonable notice and refund any unused prepaid time.

Disclaimer

Our products are provided "as is." We work hard to keep them reliable, but we can't promise they'll always be available, error free or right for every purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Agent4 Labs isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll let account holders know. Continuing to use our products after a change means you accept the updated terms.
